I emailed customer service and they did get back to me, but it took a couple of days. The answer was useful enough, so I’ll give them that, but having to wait around and then follow up made it feel like extra work on my end. I just wish their support was a bit faster...

My item showed up damaged, and I wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it was going to be to get it fixed. But they got it sorted really quickly, so I’m happy with how it turned out. Maybe I worried for nothing.

The stroller showed up defective, no question about it. I contacted support and they did respond, but it was definitely not the fastest process in the world. I had to follow up a few times to get updates, which was frustrating. To be fair, they did get it sorted in the end, but I’m absolutely sure it could’ve been handled a lot more smoothly...

Shopping on albeebaby.com was easy. The menus were clear, and I found the stroller I was looking for without having to click around forever, which I appreciated.
Checkout was simple and the product pages had the details I needed, plus the site loaded quickly on my phone. I just felt a bit disappointed overall because I expected the experience to feel a little more exciting or polished, but I’d probably still use it again

I ordered from Albee Baby because a friend of mine had mentioned them before, and the item I received was exactly what I ordered, so that part was totally fine. The only issue was the packaging. The box showed up banged up, with one corner crushed in, and I was a little nervous opening it. Thankfully, everything inside looked okay, but I do wish it had been packed a bit more securely. Shipping wasn’t bad, just the condition of the box made the whole experience feel less reassuring.

"Backorder took longer than I hoped"
i mean, I knew the stroller was on backorder when I ordered it, so I wasn’t expecting it right away. They did keep me updated, which I appreciated, but the estimated timing kept changing and that got frustrating. It did show up eventually and everything was fine, I just wish the dates had been a little clearer from the start.

They had a decent range of stuff to choose from, but I did notice a few gaps where I expected more options. Overall it was fine, just not quite as complete as I was hoping. Weirdly, I remember the shelf with the missing items had one random tiny rubber duck sitting on it, which made me laugh.

I ordered from albeebaby.com and the checkout was simple. I didn’t have any trouble finding what I needed or getting the order placed.
The shipping took a little longer than I thought it would though. It wasn’t super late or anything but the tracking barely updated and I kept checking it which got kind of annoying since it was baby stuff I was waiting on.
The item showed up in good shape in the end so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish the shipping had been faster or at least a little clearer along the way.

"Really happy with this stroller so far"
I ordered a stroller from Albee Baby a few weeks ago, and I remember opening the box kind of hoping it would feel as nice as it looked online. Thankfully, it did. The first thing I noticed was how solid it felt when I put it together, and the fabric actually feels really nice, not thin or cheap. We’ve taken it out on a few walks already, and the wheels roll smoothly, even over uneven sidewalks. After using it for a bit now, I’m still really happy with the quality and feel like it was a good buy.

I accidentally ordered the wrong stroller part and was expecting the return to be a hassle, but it went really smoothly. The instructions were clear, the return label was easy to print, and my refund came through quickly once they received it. No annoying back-and-forth or surprises, which made me feel like I could trust the process. I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from Albee Baby again

I’d love to buy the stuff I want, but apparently everyone else does too, because it sells out insanely fast. A little more stock would be great, unless the whole plan is to make shopping feel like a competitive sport.
